Potential Customers

Our customers are passionate toward clean energy, specifically solar power that can generate electricity right at their home. Our customers see the REnU as a means to be self-reliant and often zealously pursue involvement in innovation like the REnU. This is not to say that our customers do not thoroughly consider all aspects of the technology. On the contrary, they often scrutinize every aspect in order to ensure that their investment provides the type of environmental and financial advantages that they are looking for.

Thus, the Citizenre Corporation has designed a business that delivers the REnU to you under the best possible conditions. You see Citizenre uses only the finest components to make up the REnU. It is professionally installed and maintained by our team of dedicated engineers and technicians. And with a performance-based rental contract, you receive the strongest form of system warranty available. You need not be concerned with potential system failure. You need not be concerned with warranty assurance from your equipment providers. And finally, you need not be concerned whether your investment was the right one or not, because through the REnU program you no longer have to make a large technology investment. Through the REnU program you are able to limit your risk in adopting solar power.

So if you are a potential customer that wants to help clean the environment, stem global warming, strengthen our energy grid, and become energy independent, and you further have the foresight to sign a fixed-price rental contract to hedge against rising energy costs for up to 10 years, and to eliminate the need of having to come up with a large up-front investment cost, then sign up now. Use the sign up form available to you or contact your sales associate immediately.

Service Territory

Although you no longer have to be concerned about the prospects of local solar power restrictions, the Citizenre Corporation is presently limited in the areas that it can offer the REnU program. Our service territory is defined by the regions that have enacted net-metering legislation. That is because we want to make sure that our customers receive the full benefits of solar power without being penalized by their local utility.

As you can see below, even with the limitations, we have a sizeable service territory. It is likely that you are even within our territory and are eligible for the REnU program. However, in the event that you fall just outside of our territory at this time – because it is growing year after year, you can still participate in making clean energy a priority.

If you do not find yourself in our service territory, please take a look at our green energy program below. There you will find out how you can help make solar power a significant player in our energy mix.

Suitability Standards

Citizenre customers must also meet a very minimum standard in order for their home to be eligible for the REnU. Below is the minimum requirement that you must comply with in order to enter into a REnU agreement.

You must be a homeowner; renters are not eligible for a REnU system at this time. However, renters do have the ability to participate in our green energy program – see the link below.
You must be a current residential utility customer and you must maintain your interconnection with the utility. If you fail to maintain your connection with your local electric utility, this may be grounds for default in the Forward Rental Agreement, and your REnU may be removed.
You must maintain a dedicated residential telephone line. Again, if you fail to maintain a connection with your local telephone service, this may be grounds for default in the Forward Rental Agreement, and your REnU may be removed.
Your house should have a roof with enough space to accommodate the REnU as well as have an unobstructed, south facing flat or sloped roof. This may not always be necessary; however, in order to ensure that you are eligible, this prerequisite should be adhered to.

Other Options

If you do not find yourself in our service territory, or if you are a renter or an off-grid customer, please take a look at our green energy program below. For our off-grid customers, a system purchase is also a viable option. These two links will help you discover how you can help make solar power a significant player in our energy mix.
